Relapse Prevention Education Group: Individual Intake, 6 Groups, Exit Interview
This didactic group targets participants age 17 and older struggling with relapse issues. The focus of the group is on re-establishing a solid recovery program by identifying and addressing relapse triggers and creating a relapse prevention plan.
Recovery Group: Individual Intake, 10 Groups, Exit Interview
The Recovery Group provides ongoing support for participants age 17 and older who are committed to living substance-free. This interactive group assists members in achieving personal goals by addressing issues that impact recovery and practicing techniques to enhance well-being.
Recovery Groups are gender specific to provide a comfortable environment for participants.
